GIF Master membership is developed by the owner of GIF Master to provide paid value-added membership benefits to
GIF Master users (hereinafter referred to as "you")
Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause of this agreement, especially the
corresponding clauses that exempt or limit liability. GIF Master will remind you to pay attention to limitations
and disclaimers in bold or italic bold form. Minors should read this agreement with the accompaniment of their
legal guardians
By obtaining and using GIF Master membership in any form, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by
this agreement. If you object to any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to activate this product
Service Content and Membership Benefits
1. GIF Master Membership Service: It is a value-added product created by GIF Master for users, including various
proprietary membership benefits
2 GIF Master Membership Benefits: The membership benefits included in GIF Master membership are subject to the
real-time information published by GIF Master on the membership service page. There may be differences in
membership benefits between "monthly members", "quarterly members", and "annual members", and the specific
details are subject to the instructions on the above page. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise stated
on the above page, membership benefits do not imply free access to all content within the GIF Master site. The
membership benefits obtained by purchasing GIF Master membership still need to comply with the usage rules
posted on the benefits page
At the same time, GIF Master has the right to adjust all or part of its membership benefits based on business
development. The aforementioned adjustments will be announced on the aforementioned membership service page, and
you can also inquire with customer service at any time about the specific situation of current membership
benefits
3 Advertising privileges: The "ad free" provided by GIF Master currently only refers to exempting you from ads
on the GIF Master App's open screen and internal pages. In addition, while using the GIF Master App, you may
still come into contact with other types of commercial information. You hereby understand and agree that the
presentation of such commercial information shall not be deemed as infringement or breach of contract by GIF
Master
In addition, some advertisements may have been preloaded or cached before you activated the GIF Master
membership benefits. In such cases, you can try clearing the application cache and restarting the GIF Master App
after activating the GIF Master membership benefits to make the "ad free" benefits effective
Due to the particularity of Internet services, during the GIF Master member service period, due to server
failure, system failure and other reasons, the "advertising free" rights may be partially invalid. If this
situation occurs, GIF Master will take timely measures to repair the fault and minimize any adverse effects on
you. You understand and agree that this situation shall not be deemed as infringement or breach of contract by
GIF Master
The device or software version model you use when using GIF Master may affect your normal enjoyment of GIF
Master membership benefits. When the aforementioned situation occurs, we will suggest that you replace your
device or remind you to upgrade in a timely manner to avoid affecting your normal enjoyment of all membership
benefits
Service acquisition, interruption, and termination
1. Service Acquisition
1.1 You agree to this agreement and pay membership fees or obtain GIF Master membership (hereinafter referred to
as "Membership") by using redemption codes or other means
1.2 When obtaining GIF Master membership services, you shall comply with laws and regulations, the provisions of
this agreement, and not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or GIF Master. You
are not allowed to obtain GIF Master membership services on your own (or assist others) through the following
methods:
(1) For commercial or other non personal use purposes
(2) Through any automated program, script, software, etc. such as robot software, spider software, crawler
software, etc.
(3) Borrowing, renting, selling, sharing, or transferring GIF Master membership services without permission from
GIF Master
(4) Through improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith (such as exploiting loopholes in
rules, exploiting system vulnerabilities, abusing membership status, black industries, speculation,
etc.)
(5) By utilizing or breaking the GIF Master membership service rules
GIF Master hereby declares that any act of selling, renting, or sharing GIF Master membership without explicit
authorization from GIF Master is illegal sales, and GIF Master has the right to pursue legal responsibility
1.3 If you obtain membership through redemption codes or gifts, GIF Master has the right to invalidate any
improperly gifted or illegally provided redemption codes, cancel your membership, and GIF Master does not need
to provide any compensation to you for this. If a third party gives you membership (such as in connection with
third-party promotional activities), GIF Master is not responsible for any third-party products or services
provided by that third party, as well as any marketing promotions or marketing plans
1.4 After obtaining GIF Master membership, unless otherwise agreed by both parties, GIF Master grants you a
personal, non exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and fixed-term license to use GIF Master membership
services. You may only use GIF Master membership services for personal, non-commercial purposes
1.5 If you purchase joint membership services or receive third-party membership services as a result of
purchasing GIF Master membership services, GIF Master only provides GIF Master membership services and is not
responsible for third-party membership services. The rights, usage, and charging rules of third-party membership
services will be executed and explained to you by the third party. You can also check the relevant rules on the
third-party platform
2. Membership service period
2.1 GIF Master Membership Validity Period: Starting from the date of membership activation, the specific
validity period can be viewed on the member's personal page. This period will not be extended due to your
failure to use membership benefits or other circumstances
If you renew or extend the membership period through other means within the validity period, the validity period
will be correspondingly extended. If you fail to renew your membership in any way after its expiration, GIF
Master reserves the right to cease providing the corresponding membership benefits
2.2 Please understand that due to the particularity of Internet services, the service period of GIF Master
membership includes the reasonable time required by GIF Master to solve problems, repair, adjust, upgrade
servers, etc. or deal with infringement by a third party, but GIF Master will try its best to minimize the
impact
3 Service Interruption and Termination
The interruption or termination of GIF Master membership services includes the following situations:
3.1 Your proactive request
3.2 You have engaged in any behavior that violates national laws, regulations, or regulatory policies, violates
this agreement, violates various management regulations of the GIF Master community, or damages the reputation
and interests of GIF Master and/or its affiliated companies
3.3 GIF Master shall comply with laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or requirements of authorized
authorities.
3.4 GIF Master is required for emergency situations such as maintaining account and system security.
3.5 Force Majeure (Force Majeure refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and
insurmountable, including national laws, regulations, policies, orders from government agencies, and other
government actions such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, strikes, etc.)
3.6 Other situations that the GIF Master cannot resist
When the aforementioned situation occurs, GIF Master will handle the interruption or termination of this service
with you in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations
Three member account management
1. Member login and member information inquiry
1.1 The GIF Master membership service requires you to log in to your GIF Master membership account in order to
purchase and use it
1.2 You can check your account information details for free by logging into the GIF Master membership page,
including the content of membership services that have been activated, service periods, consumption records, etc
2. Membership Account Management and Security
2.1 You shall be responsible for and properly and correctly safeguard, use, and maintain your membership account
and password, and take necessary and effective confidentiality measures for your account and password
Any account loss, leakage, tampering, theft, or other losses caused by improper storage, use, or maintenance
that are not the legal fault of GIF Master shall be borne by you
After discovering that your account has been stolen, you should promptly change your password or retrieve your
account through the relevant process of GIF Master
2.2 In order to protect account security and prevent account theft, GIF Master may occasionally or irregularly
use one or more methods to verify the user identity of the account user (such as SMS verification, email
authentication, etc.). If the verification fails, GIF Master has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account
has been hacked or other unsafe situations, and may decide whether to suspend the provision of membership
services to the account and/or take further measures (such as actively restricting, freezing abnormal accounts,
suspending or terminating the provision of membership benefits to abnormal accounts) depending on the severity
of the situation
2.3 If you violate the GIF Master User Agreement while using the GIF Master App, or if there are abnormal
situations with your member account, GIF Master has the right to take measures to restrict or freeze the
corresponding member account. In this case, the account functions and membership benefits of members will be
restricted
2.4 You shall not obtain membership qualifications through improper means, nor shall you provide your membership
account to any third party for use in any form such as lending, renting, or selling. You shall not share or sell
your membership rights to any third party in any form, nor abuse your membership rights. You shall not use your
membership qualifications to obtain improper benefits
If you engage in the aforementioned behavior or harm the interests of GIF Master or other GIF Master users in
any form, GIF Master has the right to suspend or cancel your membership without refunding the membership fee
already collected. In addition, you shall bear all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom
2.5 Please note that your actions under your membership account are considered your own actions, and you are
responsible for any activities that occur under or through your account
3 Membership Account Usage Restrictions
The same member account can log in and use on up to 5 devices (including but not limited to mobile devices such
as mobile phones, tablets, and computers), and the same account can only log in and use on 1 device at a time.
If you exceed the above usage restrictions, GIF Master has the right to take measures such as restricting login,
restricting use, interrupting or terminating services based on your exceeding usage situation, and you shall
bear all responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom
Four Membership Fees, Renewal and Unsubscribe
The membership fee for GIF Master is based on the price indicated on the membership service page when you
purchase GIF Master membership. GIF Master will occasionally launch promotional activities and post activity
information and prices on the member service page
When opening a GIF Master membership, you should carefully check your account information, membership benefits,
membership period, membership fees, and other information
2. Fee refund: The GIF Master membership fee is the price of online goods corresponding to the membership
service you purchased, rather than the nature of advance payment or deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. Based
on the particularity of Internet services and relevant national management regulations, the GIF Master
membership service is non refundable once it is opened (except for GIF Master's breach of contract due to major
flaws in the GIF Master membership service, other agreements in this Agreement, laws and regulations requiring a
refund, or GIF Master's consent to a refund, etc.)
3. Automatic Renewal: If you have activated automatic renewal when purchasing a GIF Master membership, it will
be automatically renewed before the expiration of the GIF Master membership. If you do not wish to renew or do
not wish for automatic deduction of fees, you have the right to disable the automatic renewal function before
the next period of fees is automatically deducted
4. Changes in charging standards and methods: The charging methods and standards for GIF Master membership
services (including automatic renewal) are independently determined by GIF Master based on its own operating
costs, operating strategies, and other comprehensive considerations (adjustments include but are not limited to
promotions, price changes, etc.), and will be displayed to you on relevant product and service promotion and
payment pages; If there are any changes in the relevant charging methods when purchasing or renewing, the actual
charging method displayed by GIF Master shall prevail; If the prices of related services have been adjusted, the
current effective prices published on the GIF Master platform shall still prevail (except for situations where
GIF Master and you have agreed otherwise).
Five user behavior norms and breach handling
During your use of GIF Master membership services, you are not allowed to engage in the following
behaviors:
1.1 Without explicit authorization from GIF Master, modifying service content, service period, consumption
amount, transaction status, and other information through technical means
1.2 Provide GIF Master membership services to others for use through non GIF Master expressly authorized means
(including but not limited to borrowing, renting, selling, sharing, transferring)
1.3 Without explicit authorization from GIF Master, copying, downloading, modifying, cataloging, sorting,
translating, distributing, developing, transferring, selling, displaying, disseminating, synthesizing, nesting,
linking, creating derivative works, conducting commercial development or promotion of all or part of the
membership content provided by GIF Master membership services
1.4 Crack, modify, counter operate, tamper with, or otherwise damage any technical security measures used by GIF
Master to protect GIF Master membership services and membership content
Without the prior written consent of GIF Master, delete any ownership or intellectual property statements or
tags on the GIF Master membership service content
1.6 Without explicit authorization from GIF Master, display GIF Master membership service content in whole or in
part in any public setting, whether for a fee or free of charge (except where your actions do not constitute
infringement)
1.7 Other behaviors that are not expressly authorized or violate this agreement, laws, regulations, or
regulatory policies, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or GIF
Master.
2. You acknowledge and agree that if you engage in any behavior that violates national laws, regulations, or
regulatory policies, violates this agreement, or damages the reputation and interests of GIF Master and/or its
affiliates, GIF Master has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
2.1 If there is a separate clause in this agreement regarding the handling of this behavior, it shall be handled
in accordance with that clause
2.2 Take one or more measures to stop your behavior and the consequences of your behavior, such as
deleting/blocking relevant links or content, restricting/canceling your account/account usage permissions,
etc.
2.3 Interrupt or terminate part or all of the GIF Master membership services, and the GIF Master membership
service fees you have paid will not be refunded and you will not receive any form of
compensation/indemnification.
2.4 If your actions cause any losses to GIF Master or/and its affiliated companies, you shall bear full
liability for compensation and complete the payment of fees within the time limit required by GIF Master
Six personal information protection
1. GIF Master is well aware of the importance of personal information to you, therefore GIF Master attaches
great importance to protecting your personal information and treats and processes it with a high degree of
prudence. During your use of GIF Master membership services, GIF Master will adopt relevant technical measures
and other security measures to protect your personal information
2. For more information about GIF Master's personal information processing and protection rules, user control
over personal information, etc., please refer to the "GIF Master Privacy Policy"
Seven notices and announcements
1 In order to make you know the information related to this agreement and GIF Master's membership service, you
agree that GIF Master has the right to notify you through one or more ways, such as webpage announcement, page
prompt, pop-up window, message notification, official account notification, private message in the station,
client push, and your reserved contact information (such as SMS, e-mail, etc.), and the notification shall be
deemed to have been successfully delivered when sent. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery
time shall be based on the earliest of the above-mentioned methods
To facilitate your receipt and understanding of relevant notifications, you should ensure that the reserved
contact information is correct and valid, and promptly log in to GIF Master for modification after any changes
are made; If you fail to provide correct contact information or provide new contact information in a timely
manner, resulting in the inability to receive notifications in a timely manner, you will be responsible for any
losses and legal consequences arising therefrom. Meanwhile, if you refuse or block notifications by
unsubscribing or actively blocking them, you may not receive the aforementioned notifications, and you will be
responsible for any losses and legal consequences arising from this
Eight protocol modifications
1 GIF Master has the right to modify or change the terms of this Agreement according to the development of the
Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to the needs of the business
development of GIF Master. Once the content of this agreement changes, GIF Master will choose the notification
and announcement methods described in Article 7 of this agreement to provide you with prompts or notifications
based on the actual situation
If you do not agree with the modifications made by GIF Master to the relevant terms of this agreement, you have
the right to stop using GIF Master as a member and notify GIF Master. GIF Master will refund the fees
corresponding to the membership period that you have paid but did not enjoy. If you continue to use it, it will
be deemed that you accept the modifications made by GIF Master to the relevant terms of this agreement
The revised agreement shall come into effect from the date of the first update
Nine Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be
governed by the laws of mainland China. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with the
laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China, these provisions shall be reinterpreted in a manner as
close as possible to the original provisions of this Agreement, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect
2. The signing location of this agreement is Songjiang District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China. If there
is a dispute between you and GIF Master, both parties should try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If
the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court with jurisdiction in
Songjiang District, Shanghai for resolution through litigation
